The Malpai Borderlands Group is organized and led by ranchers who live and work primarily in Southeast Arizona and Southwest New Mexico. It is a collaborative effort that is built around goals shared by neighbors within our community.

The Frontera Land Alliance, a non-profit organization, began in 2004 when a group of community members realized there was an urgent need to help preserve some of the important remaining natural and working lands in the greater El Paso and southern New Mexico region.

Peter Nichols practices: water law, water quality law, environmental law, and land and water conservation law.  Peter has particular expertise in the federal Clean Water Act and water rights, conservation easements involving water rights, and the temporary use of agricultural irrigation water rights to meet municipal needs.

Land Legacy is a nonprofit land conservation organization established in January 2003 and located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our mission is to conserve and enhance rural and urban landscapes, thereby improving the quality of life.

Established in 1992, The Wilderness Land Trust is a national, nonprofit conservation organization dedicated to purchasing lands for the federal wilderness system to ensure their preservation.
