  About INPS The Idaho Native Plant Society (INPS) is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to promoting interest in native plants and plant communities, and collecting and sharing information on all phases of the botany of native plants in Idaho.

We are a community of individuals united by a desire to learn more about our native flora. The members come from a wide array of backgrounds and interest levels.

Focusing on native plants and conservation in North Idaho Mission to foster an understanding and appreciation of native flora and its habitats in the panhandle area of North Idaho,  to advocate the conservation of this rich natural heritage for future generations,  to encourage the responsible use of native plants in landscaping and restoration,  to educate youth and the general public in the value of the native flora and their habitats.

Wild Ones: Native Plants, Natural Landscapes promotes environmentally sound landscaping practices to preserve biodiversity through the preservation, restoration and establishment of native plant communities.
