Bill grew up in Louisiana and developed an interest in forestry from several Boy Scout leaders who were foresters. He moved to Sandpoint, Idaho following graduation and worked seasonally for the US Forest Service in Bonners Ferry.

Steve grew up in Wisconsin and gained a love for the forest while spending time in the outdoors with his grandfather as a young boy.  Following graduation, Steve volunteered to the U.

Don is native of North Idaho. He was born and raised on a small farm in the Sandpoint area. During summers, while attending the University of Idaho, he worked on an Interregional Fire crew for the USFS traveling the western US.

Following college, Lee traveled out west and began pursuing a forestry career in the Inland Northwest area. For five years he worked for Plum Creek Timber Company and IFM on a seasonal basis.

John grew up in Western Washington, while spending time outdoors attaining the Eagle Scout award and working at his uncle's ranch. During college he held a summer position with the Forest Service fighting forest fires and setting up timber sales.
