Wild Rivers Land Trust

Mission
To protect the natural treasures and working lands on Oregon’s Wild Rivers Coast in perpetuity.

Partnering with landowners, we explore non-regulatory methods to safeguard the rural way-of-life American’s cherish.  Our projects integrate improvements to the lives of local people while protecting areas of ecological concern.

WRLT’s 2.3 million acres service area stretches from the Coquille River valley at Bandon, to the Oregon/ California border, and from the Pacific Ocean to the headwaters of our wild rivers.  It encompasses vast seascapes, multi-generation ranches, National Wild and Scenic Rivers, ancient forests, and numerous town sites in Coos, Curry and southern Douglas Counties.
