Upper Willamette SWCD works to provide for the conservation of renewable natural resources of the state and thereby conserve and develop water resources and water quality and preserve wildlife habitat.  Upper Willamette SWCD works with property owners to find funding and create a management plan that improves water, soil, and wildlife habitat.
