Cooperative Extension is the arm of the University of California providing specific knowledge and making the educational and technical resources of the University available to the community. UCCE is an integral part of the Division of Environmental Health in Department of Public Health in Alameda County. UCCE provides education and consultation through community based organizations to help individuals in communities reach their highest potential. Research activities address high priority issues impacting the citizens of Alameda County.
