Teton Soil Conservation District

The Teton Soil and Water Conservation District was organized in 1950 to assist landowners with technical assistance in Teton County plan and implement conservation practices on their land. The District works on conservation practices to improve wildlife habitat, vegetative management and water quality and quantity.

Mission
Teton Soil Conservation District's mission isto work with willing landowners in a nonregulatory manner to reduce erosion, protect water quality, improve air quality and fish and wildlife habitat, provide assistance to landowners and conduct an active information and education program.
