Swisher County Extension

The Swisher County Extension is a member of the Texas A&M University System. Its mission is to provide quality, relevant outreach and continuing education programs and services to the people of Swisher County.

Swisher County is a major agricultural county. The major agricultural commodities include fed cattle, stocker cattle, wheat, cotton, corn, and grain sorghums.

A unique education agency, the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service teaches Texans wherever they live, extending research-based knowledge to benefit their families and communities.
