St George Field Office

The St. George Field Office, managed within Color Country District is located in Utah’s Washington County and borders northwest Arizona. The southern region of the Great Basin, and the northern part of the Mojave Desert merge here at Utah's lowest elevation of 2,000-feet above sea level. The warm, dry climate similar to Phoenix or Palm Springs, lures thousands of people to experience Utah's Dixie, Joshua trees, and Red Cliffs Recreation Area. Baker Dam is a fun place to fish for browns and rainbow trout in this reservoir or along the creek below it.
