Bob is the former chair of the firm's Environmental Law Practice Group with 20 years of experience in environmental litigation, compliance, and permitting matters. Bob has advised and represented diverse interests including local farmers, agricultural-industry related business, corporations, and public entities. Bob's cases have included matters ranging from stream bed alteration/riverbank fill disputes with state agencies, to matters involving alleged air emission and permitting violations, as well as soil and groundwater contamination. Bob has experience with the various branches of the US EPA, the various Regional Water Quality Control Boards, the California Department of Toxic Substances Control, as well as various county and state air quality management districts.
