Pecos District Office

The BLM Pecos District Office oversees the Carlsbad and Roswell Field Offices and the Hobbs Field Station. The District encompasses over 3.5 million acres of public lands and over 7 million acres of Federal mineral estate. In managing these lands and mineral resources, the BLM is guided by the principles of multiple use and sustained yield and a recognized need to protect and enhance the natural and human environment.
