Pacific Conservation District

The Pacific Conservation District was established in 1948.  It is administered by five supervisors, three elected by local citizens in a public election and two appointed by the Washington State Conservation Commission.  These supervisors are local citizens who serve without pay.

Conservation districts are political subdivisions of state government. Districts work in conjunction with the Washington State Conservation Commission to implement conservation and water quality programs.
