Oregon Cattlemen's Association

Mission
To promote environmentally and socially sound cattle industry practices alongside a positive and contemporary image of the industry; improve and strengthen the industry’s economics; assure a strong political presence in related areas; and protect industry communities and private property rights.

CA originated in Baker County in 1913 when 12 individuals sought to advance the economic, political, and social interests of the Oregon Cattle Industry. Now, we continue that mission with over 1,800 grassroots members and many natural resource partners. Together, we are proactively changing the way people view the cattle industry and ensuring the legislative rights and issues for Oregon Cattlemen are profoundly understood.
