Sign up to be included in the Oklahoma Candidate Conservation Agreement with Assurances (CCAA) between the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation (ODWC) and the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS).

Participating landowners will be included under the CCAA by signing individual Certificates of Inclusion  subject to approval by ODWC and concurrence by the USFWS. The ODWC will enroll non-federal agricultural property owners under this CCAA through issuance of Certificates of Inclusion to those property owners who have entered into an ODWC developed and approved Wildlife Management Plan for the lesser prairie-chicken (LEPC) and who are either actively implementing conservation measures for the species or are already providing habitat conditions favorable for LEPC.
