The mission of the North Cache Conservation District is to take available technical, financial, and educational resources, whatever their source, and coordinate them so they meet the needs of the local land user for conservation of soil, water, and natural resources.
The North Cache Conservation District was formed on June 1, 1954 and has been serving landowners in northern Cache County, Utah, ever since.
The district was recently involved in developing an updated Cache County Resource Assessment. Other activities in which the North Cache Conservation District is involved include working with local landowners on irrigation improvement projects, working with local communities and irrigation companies on stormwater run-off issues, and working with city and county officials on agricultural preservation issues.
