Noonan Ranch Conservation Bank

The Noonan Ranch Conservation Bank is located on 189 acres along Jepson Parkway, east of Fairfield in Solano County. The Bank is authorized by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to provide credits to compensate for impacts to vernal pool species, California tiger salamander and Contra Costa goldfields. The bank is well suited to mitigate for federal projects.
