Who We Are
The Muskingum Soil and Water Conservation District (MSWCD) is a political subdivision of the State of Ohio.  Five locally elected supervisors govern the MSWCD. Notice of Public Meeting.

What We Do
Soil and Water Conservation Districts protect valuable natural resources in a changing landscape.  We provide a variety of natural resource assistance and services  to landowners, homeowners, educators, agricultural producers, developers, and communities.
