As an accredited land trust, the mission of Mississippi Valley Conservancy is to preserve the bluffs, farm fields, wetlands, prairies and streams of Wisconsin's Driftless Area. We work with conservation-minded landowners who choose to permanently protect their land through conservation easements and land acquisition efforts. We own and manage nature preserves where we restore native habitats to enhance biodiversity and protect declining species in this time of global climate change. We also provide environmental education in efforts to enrich our local communities.
