Master Gardeners of Nevada

The University of Nevada, Reno Extension Master Gardener Program is an educational and volunteer program designed to teach volunteers how to garden in our unique climates throughout Nevada. In return, volunteers give back to the program by volunteering their time to help the program reach more people and enrich the horticultural life of their community. Master Gardeners contribute volunteer hours every year through a variety of projects, including but not limited to: answering telephone and email inquiries, staffing booths at fairs and home shows, conducting educational presentations in the community and consulting at school and community gardens.
