Liberty Prairie Conservancy

The Liberty Prairie Conservancy is a not-for-profit organization that works to preserve woodlands, prairie, wetlands, and farmland throughout Lake County. We work with private landowners and public entities to preserve and also steward land so it provides a healthy habitat for wildlife. We are supported by families, individuals, businesses and corporations as well as foundations who all share a common interest in preserving open space in Lake County.
