Liberty County

Liberty County is in the middle of Montana's Golden Triangle. In 2007 Liberty County produced over 4.7 million bushels of winter wheat and over 1.2 million bushels of spring wheat. This made Liberty County the 6th leading producer of wheat in the state.

The Liberty County Extension program continues to support the producers on the county with updated research and information from Montana State Univesity and other sources.
