Laurentian RC&D (LRCD) is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization sponsoring resource conservation and rural development projects in Minnesota. Laurentian services six northeast counties and one reservation: Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, and St. Louis County, and the Grand Portage Reservation.?
