Kansas Environmental Quality Incentives ProgramUpdated:05/2014

The Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) is a voluntary conservation program that provides financial and technical assistance to farmers and ranchers who face threats to soil, water, air, and related natural resources on their land. Through EQIP, the NRCS provides financial assistance to producers to promote agricultural production and environmental quality as compatible goals and help farmers and ranchers meet Federal, State, Tribal, and local environmental regulations.

EQIP Sign-up Information for Kansas

Applications can be taken at any time during the year. Sign-up is conducted at local USDA Service Centers. Cutoff dates will be scheduled to allow for ranking and selection of applications.
