With experience in fish and wildlife conservation planning, conservation easements, public land laws, policy analysis, and city/county planning, I offer focused research, critical document review, and analytical problem-solving to land trusts, landowners, government agencies, grantmakers, and attorneys.  I will provide adjunct staff work at negotiable rates.

More than 30 years of experience developing and overseeing land management plans and planning policies. Extensive federal government experience, including working with state and local governments. Member, State Bar of Montana; experience with natural resource, land use and conservation easement laws.
