Jami is the District 7 forester, serving 23 counties in rural forestry, and 24 counties in community forestry for northwest Kansas. She is a western Kansas native and is very pleased to work to maintain the health, beauty, and productivity of our natural resources. Jami graduated from Fort Hays State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science with an emphasis in GIS and remote sensing. She later attended the University of Montana in Missoula, MT where she earned a Master of Science degree in forestry.
