Hinkle-Garton Farmstead

The Hinkle-Garton Farmstead is a nonprofit-owned museum and historic site with all programming and initiatives overseen by volunteers. Our Daisy Days Plant Sale (named for property donor, Daisy Hinkle Garton) started in 2005 and features native plants sourced from Spence Restoration Nursery in Muncie, Indiana. Plugs not sold in one year are over-wintered and re-potted as more mature specimens. Because we are a small operation and always working to propagate more options, our stock at the time of our sale or at other times may also include native trees.
