Hancock County Soil and Water Conservation District

The District works to provide technical, financial, and educational services to help Hancock County land users conserve soil, water, and related natural resources.

Mission 
To provide information about soil, water and related natural resource conservation; identify and prioritize local soil and water resource concerns; and connect land users to sources of education, technical and financial assistance to implement conservation practices and technologies.  All participants of the partnership prohibit discrimination with any program or activity due to the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, and marital or family status.
