to address local natural resource conservation issues by creating local working solutions through educating and serving District land occupiers in the voluntary implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs).

As a non-regulatory organization, we are dedicated to providing technical, financial and educational resources to help develop community-based solutions to conservation issues in the heart of the Columbia Basin. Our mission is to address local natural resource conservation issues by creating local working solutions through educating and serving District land occupiers in the voluntary implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs).
