Fremont Conservation District

The Fremont Conservation District is a division of local government and was formed on April 30, 1946. 

We are a five-member volunteer board made up of local landowners living within the district boundaries.

All members of the board bring a wide range of knowledge concerning conservation and all share a passion for the wise use of our natural resources. Each supervisor serves a term of at least four years. 

Mission Statement:

To promote and assist Fremont County, Colorado land users in the stewardship and sustainability of natural resources through available technical, financial and educational resources.
