Fraser Valley Conservancy

The Fraser Valley Conservancy is a registered charitable society that is able to place conservation covenants upon land title, acquire land title through donations and acquisitions as well as work with individuals on how they can protect the values of their land through stewardship agreements. Donations are vital to our programs and aid in providing sustainable environmental education and stewardship programs. It began as a partnership between the Abbotsford Community Foundation and the City of Abbotsford and in 2005 the name was changed to the Fraser Valley Conservancy. In addition to public outreach and education, the Fraser Valley Conservancy is working in partnership with varying levels of government and civil society groups with interest in environmental conservation to produce a regional biodiversity strategy.
