Emerald Chapter

Founded in 1979, the Emerald Chapter of NPSO has a long history of active involvement in the study, education and conservation of our region's native flora. We hold monthly programs with speakers from September through May, and lead field trips all year long. Our chapter area includes all of Lane County, which ranges from the Pacific Ocean on the west to the crest of the Cascade Mountains on the east. Programs and field trips are free and open to the public.
