Clay Soil and Water Conservation District

The mission of the Clay County Soil & Water Conservation District is to provide information, technological support, financial assistance and educational materials and programs which foster the sustainable agronomic use of the soil and water resources of Clay County, Iowa.

The Function of the Conservation District: To take available technical, financial, and educational resources, whatever their source, and focus or coordinate them so that they meet the needs of the local land user for conservation of soil, water, and related resources.
