Christopher A. Beins was born in Murray , Utah in 1970. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with duel majors in German and Political Science, with a certificate in International Relations, from Southern Utah University in 1999. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, Fullerton , California in 2002. He is admitted to practice before all Courts in Utah and the United States District Court for the District of Utah. Chris is a member of the American Bar Association, Young Lawyers Association, Salt Lake Bar Association, and the Box Elder Bar Association.
