Bethany A. Gross is a graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law where she focused her studies on environmental and natural resource law.  During law school, Bethany was the Public Relations Officer for the Federalist Society, the Treasurer of the Women’s Law Forum and a member of the Natural Resources Law Club.  Bethany also interned with the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission as a Research Assistant for the Senior Assistant Attorney General interned with the Trent Law Office, LLC in Laramie, Wyoming, and performed research on grazing rights for the Wyoming Stock Growers Association through the Rural Law Center.  After graduation and before joining Budd-Falen Law Offices, LLC, Bethany was an associate at an oil and gas law firm in Sheridan, Wyoming where her practice focused on oil and gas law and drafting title opinions.
