Andrew Aelvoet practices in the areas of general civil litigation including fiduciary litigation, will contests, estate litigation, trust litigation, family law disputes, oil and gas litigation; real estate transactions; water law, including Chapter 36 water districts and the Edwards Aquifer Authority; and banking.
