In her seven years with Wildlands, Ms. Mentzer has managed numerous large-scale restoration projects in California, Washington and Oregon including Blue Heron Slough Conservation Bank, the first conservation bank in Washington, and Hylebos Creek Estuarine Restoration Project, the first private-public project developed to offset Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) settlements.

Ms. Amos brought her background in animal science to the Wildlands team in 2002. Shortly after, her role expanded into the land acquisition department.

Mr. Monaghan's duties include mitigation credit sales, new market analysis and project development. Brian joined the Wildlands team in 2006, bringing over 12 years of experience working for other mitigation banking firms, as well as investment groups focused on environmentally-sensitive properties.

Dawn is an environmental scientist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Stanford University. Her career began in Prince William Sound, Alaska, just after the 1989 Exxon Valdez Oil Spill, where she worked on oil spill fate and effects studies with Kinnetic Laboratories, Inc.

Use of dogs to locate wildlife scat over large areas was pioneered in 1997 by Dr. Samuel Wasser, Director of the Center for Conservation Biology and Conservation Canines program.
