Christopher A. Beins was born in Murray , Utah in 1970. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with duel majors in German and Political Science, with a certificate in International Relations, from Southern Utah University in 1999.

Bruce C. Evans was born in Boise, Idaho, in 1956. He was raised in Garland, Utah, where he attended Bear River High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Music, at Utah State University in 1983.

Martin Banks is a partner of Stoel Rives' Environmental Law practice group and Litigation practice group. His environmental practice includes counseling clients in cost-effective regulatory compliance and permitting strategies.
