Laura’s practice includes water rights acquisitions, sales, contracts, easements, well share and water delivery agreements, adjudications, permitting, extensions, transfers, certification, regulatory compliance and litigation of water rights disputes before state administrative bodies as well as State and Federal trial and appellate courts.

Therese Ure completed factual investigations related to civil and administrative matters; drafted and edited documents; prepared trial exhibits; prepared for and undertook client interviews; drafted state and federal agency requests; prepared for and completed witness identification and preliminary interviews; prepared discovery requests; organized production requests and responses; completed simple legal research; and assisted attorneys in all aspects of hearing and trial.

Kate Moore works with clients as they navigate natural resource and environmental legal challenges. Her natural resource practice is primarily focused on water law, in both transactional matters and litigation.
