Overview of the Idaho Water Supply Bank The Idaho Water Resource Board (Board) has the authority to operate the Idaho Water Supply Bank (Bank).

IDWR manages water in the State of Idaho via water allocation and distribution processes. Here you will find information pertaining to the recording, processing, changing, storing and adjudications of all water rights.

The Governor's Office of Species Conservation was established within the Executive Office of the Governor during the 2000 Idaho Legislative Session with passage of Senate Bill 1490 (§ 67-818, Idaho Code).
