Scott’s practice focuses on complex litigation involving all aspects of commercial and business disputes, including antitrust claims, claims seeking forced dissolutions, and claims based upon employment disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, commercial contracts, non-competition agreements, breaches of warranties, and defective products.

Raised on a family cattle ranch along the Bear River in southeast Idaho, Randy’s strong ethic for hard work and responsibility has translated into success as an attorney.

TJ’s practice is dedicated to real estate and water rights, and his experience goes well beyond the traditional realm. He has participated in large-scale developments from Island Park to Bear Lake, was intimately involved in the Snake River Basin Adjudication, and has been heavily engaged in resolving monumental conflicts between surface and ground water users across the Snake River Plain.

Norman Semanko is the firm’s water law practice group leader in the Pacific Northwest Region. He has more than 30 years of experience with water resources, environmental, natural resources, land use, public lands and regulatory issues.

Since he began his legal career in 2002, Dylan has sharpened his focus on water rights, environmental law, public lands and natural resources.

Andy Waldera practices in the areas of water, land use law, environmental/natural resources, and agricultural law. He represents clients in judicial, administrative, and local government proceedings regarding water rights and land use matters involving state-based land use, water and environmental laws, as well as actions proceeding under the federal Clean Water Act (CWA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).

Over 32 years varied civil and appellate litigation experience in Insurance Defense (wrongful death, PI, PD, coverage, bad faith, trucking/FMSCA), Construction, Business & Commercial, Real Estate, Lien Foreclosure, and Employment (employer defense) in all state and federal courts in Idaho.

Dan has over twenty-five years of experience in water rights, water quality, flood management, public and local land use, grazing rights, mining, agricultural, and environmental law.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Feldman provides trusted and effective representation in high-profile Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and related litigation and administrative proceedings.

Peter Nichols practices: water law, water quality law, environmental law, and land and water conservation law.  Peter has particular expertise in the federal Clean Water Act and water rights, conservation easements involving water rights, and the temporary use of agricultural irrigation water rights to meet municipal needs.

Greg George joined Macomber Law in 2015.  Mr. George received his Juris Doctor from University of Washington School of Law and graduated from Whitworth University cum laude with a degree in Economics.
