Norman Semanko is the firm’s water law practice group leader in the Pacific Northwest Region. He has more than 30 years of experience with water resources, environmental, natural resources, land use, public lands and regulatory issues.

Since he began his legal career in 2002, Dylan has sharpened his focus on water rights, environmental law, public lands and natural resources.

Andy Waldera practices in the areas of water, land use law, environmental/natural resources, and agricultural law. He represents clients in judicial, administrative, and local government proceedings regarding water rights and land use matters involving state-based land use, water and environmental laws, as well as actions proceeding under the federal Clean Water Act (CWA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).

As a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Idaho, Mr. Becker represented the Idaho Department of Lands and the State Board of Land Commissioners (The Governor, Secretary of State, Secretary of Public Education, Controller, and Attorney General) in all matters ranging from day to day advice to multi-million dollar law suits.

Dan has over twenty-five years of experience in water rights, water quality, flood management, public and local land use, grazing rights, mining, agricultural, and environmental law.

Todd is a firm believer in the principal of preparation and planning. With the wisdom that comes from years of experience, Todd provides insightful, compassionate, solutions based guidance to his clients in meeting their estate planning and family business succession planning goals.

Sara brings a unique perspective to the estate planning and the farm and ranch succession planning process. Sara is the daughter of a third generation Idaho dairy farmer and is living the process as her family moves the farm to the fourth generation

Laura’s practice includes water rights acquisitions, sales, contracts, easements, well share and water delivery agreements, adjudications, permitting, extensions, transfers, certification, regulatory compliance and litigation of water rights disputes before state administrative bodies as well as State and Federal trial and appellate courts.
